RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from the KW Red Label Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a third party shipping company. This means that the risk of loss and title for purchased items will pass to you upon the KW Red Label Store’s delivery of your purchased items to our third party shipping company. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
The KW Red Label Store does not take ownership of any returned item(s) until the item arrives at the fulfillment center. You may return most items sold by the KW Red Label Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with valid proof of purchase and provided such items satisfy the Return Requirements outlined below. Shipping and handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable. 

Some items may be exchanged for a different size. To determine whether your item is eligible for an exchange, complete the contact form here. Do not ship your item until you receive confirmation from us that your item is eligible for an exchange. Due to inventory limitations, not all items are eligible for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. 

To return items, you must complete the contact form here before shipping your item(s) to us. No returns will be accepted without a completed form. All returned items must be sent to:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

  • If you have not already done so, you must complete the contact form here before shipping your item(s) and state whether you would like to return or exchange your item. Not all items are eligible for an exchange.
  • Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
  • No refunds are offered on any products designated as final sale or non-returnable.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received an incorrect or defective product, contact our Customer Service team by completing the contact form here and include photos showing the defect or error. Customer Service usually responds within 72 hours.
