Return Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS 

You may return most items sold by the KW Red Label Store up to 30 days from delivery date for a refund or store credit, provided such items satisfy the Return Requirements outlined below. We do not offer exchanges.   

Except as outlined in the Incorrect or Damaged Items section below, customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.  

To return items, please contact our Customer Service within the return window and include your order number and reason for return. Customer Service usually responds within 72 hours.  

RETURN REQUIREMENTS 

  • Original tags must be attached to all items
  • All items must be in original, unworn condition 
  • Items must be returnedand received by the KW Red Label Store within 14 days from the item delivery date to receive a refund
  • Items returned and received by the KW Red Label Store after 14 days from the item delivery date may receive store credit
  • Items are not eligible for return or store credit after 30 days from the item delivery date
  • No refunds or store credit will be offered or provided for on any items designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you received an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact Customer Service within your return window and include photos that clearly identify the defect or error. For incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange for a replacement item to be delivered. Customer Service usually responds within 72 hours

RISK OF LOSS 

All items purchased from the KW Red Label Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a third-party shipping company. This means that the risk of loss and title for purchased items will pass to you upon the KW Red Label Store’s delivery of your purchased items to our third-party shipping company. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. The risk of loss and title for all returned items will not pass to the KW Red Label Store until the returned items are received by the KW Red Label Store.
