Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy is a legal agreement between you and Keller Williams Realty, LLC (“us”, “our” and “we”) governing the Red Label Store product subscription you selected during your purchase (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy. Please read this Subscription Policy carefully. “You” and “your” mean the individual who purchased the Subscription.
1. Subscription Terms:

Your Subscription will renew automatically on the 10th day of each month at the regular subscription price and at the frequency as described in the Subscription at the time of initial purchase, unless you are otherwise notified in writing.

Unless you cancel your Subscription the day before your billing date, you accept responsibility for, and you authorize us to process (without further notice to you, unless otherwise required by applicable laws), all recurring charges with the payment method you have provided to us in the amount of the then current Subscription fees and any applicable taxes at the frequency specified by the Subscription.
2. Billing Cycle:
- The first payment will be charged on date of purchase, with subsequent months being billed on the 10th of each month If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason, such as an expired payment method, insufficient funds or your payment is returned, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We will attempt to charge your payment method again, once a day, for eight (8) days. Items will not be shipped without a successful payment and if no successful payment is received by the 18th day of the month in which your monthly Subscription fee is due, your Subscription will be paused or terminated at our discretion.
3. Shipping & Delivery:
- All Subscription orders are processed on the 10th day of each month and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to seven (7) business days after shipment date for delivery.

If the 10th day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, orders will be shipped on the next available business day.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather conditions).

Orders will be shipped to the address you provided during the checkout process. Any changes to your shipping address must be updated in your account before the 10th day of the month to ensure timely delivery.
4. Cancellations and Modifications:

You may cancel or modify your Subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team (kwredlabel@kw.com). Customer service may take up to 72 hours to respond.

Cancellations must be made before the 10th day of the month to avoid being charged for the next Subscription cycle.

Depending on your Subscription plan, you may have the option to pause or skip your Subscription. Please check your account settings for more details. If you wish to pause or skip a month, please contact us at least seven (7) days before the 10th day of the month to ensure your request is processed on time. Pauses or skips will be applied to the next billing cycle and will take effect for the following month's shipment.

Cancelling your Subscription only affects future shipments: it does not trigger a refund. Any Subscriptions that have already been paid for at time of cancellation will still be shipped including six (6) month or other pre-paid plans.
5. Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped. However, if you have any issues with the product you received, please reach out to our support team within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order for assistance.
6. Account Management:

You can manage your Subscription preferences, including payment methods, shipping address, and subscription plan, through your account settings.
7. Modifications to the Service and Prices:

Prices for our products are subject to change, and you will be notified of any change.

We reserve the right at any time to discontinue any Subscription offering and will provide notice to you of the cancellation.
8. Terms of Use:

By entering into a Subscription you are also agreeing to the Terms of Use for the Red Label Store site found here.
9. General:

Each party shall deliver all communications in writing by email (with confirmation of transmission).

This Subscription Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to this Subscription Policy are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions thereof that would result in the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction. Either party shall institute any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Subscription Policy in the federal or state courts in each case located in Austin, Texas. EACH PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY CONSENTS AND SUBMITS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED COURTS, AND WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO THAT CHOICE OF FORUM.

This Subscription Policy and any supporting documents expressly referencing this Subscription Policy contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral understandings, and agreements, with respect to such subject matter.
